I have created an account and cannot log in, what can I do?
- Please just log in each time you wish to place an order as a guest.
I am receiving an error when confirming my order, what am I doing wrong?
- Make sure you've selected click and collect for your shipping option, as no items can be processed otherwise. Alternatively, send us an email on shsbsharksclothing@gmail.com so we can assist further.
Can the items be shipped to me?
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to you. All items must be collected from Queenborough Oval during our collection times or at an agreed time with our Clothing Manager - Trudi Steedman. Keep an eye out on your email or our Sharks social media to know when clothing is ready to collect.

How do I know what player numbers are available?
- If you have a current player number please use that. New players will be allocated a playing number.
When can I expect my items to be ready?
- Please be aware that as the club tends not to carry surplus stock on all items, there is a chance part of your order may be placed on hold until the next major order is processed. Once an order is processed it can take roughly 8-10 weeks before arrival! When you order arrives we will let you know via email or social media.
